There is a $100 deposit per meeting room on all events. Groups may contract outside services to provide staffing, food and beverage (to include plates, silverware, cups, napkins, ice, serving utensils, etc.) and audio-visual services. Hotel does not provide linens so you may bring those with you. The hotel will provide meeting space, tables, chairs and trash cans. Please let the Sales department know 72-hours prior to arrival if there are any changes to set up to ensure labor is available to accommodate last minute changes. Day of changes may not be accommodated but if we can honor a request an additional labor charge in the amount of $100.00 will be incurred. We require a deposit of $100 to confirm your program as definite, as our contract will not be binding until the Hotel has received such deposit along with a signed copy of the contract. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied or used towards the cost of another function or date other than what is specified in this contract. Full payment is due 30-days prior to the event/meeting. If the above stated function is cancelled within 30-days, you are responsible for paying the full estimated charges. Any disturbance reported by other hotel guests may result in the event being asked to leave. Any alcohol brought into the meeting space is a violation of our hotel policy and the event may be asked to leave. We have a full service bar that can assist you with any adult beverages. The Hotel must approve signage, banners, or any other items that you may wish to hang or place on the meeting room or lobby walls. No confetti, rice or bird seeds please.
