Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be required.

Existing Hyde House furniture within your rented space is included. If furniture removal is required a minimum fee of $200 will be added. Rental pricing varies based on table, chair and furniture selections. Discuss options with Event Manager or Wedding Planner.
DEPOSITS | PAYMENTS | GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES
A deposit equal to your room rental plus a $1,000 catering deposit is due to lock in your date. 60 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract estimate is due.
14 days out, a final guest count and final payment is due.

Weekday events may begin set up no earlier than 5pm, with event beginning no earlier than 7pm and 1 hour of load out time immediately following the event.
Weekend events have guaranteed 3 hours of set up time and 1 hours of load out time immediately following the event included. If available, additional set up / strike time may be purchased at a rate of $200 per hour. We have a rear entry for vendors with loading bays and a freight elevator with direct access to our space. All load in / out must be coordinated with Hyde House in advance.
PARKING
Parking is not exclusive to Hyde House, but for all of Hyde Park Village. Guests are welcome to use any parking, including the street parking, metered parking and parking garages (one which is directly adjacent to HH). We of course also recommend the use of Uber / Lyft services.
CLEANING FEES | SERVICE CHARGE
A cleaning fee will be added based on the event spaces selected.
A 22% taxable service charge will apply to all invoiced items, excluding room rental.
Social Space is the largest open space that ties the rest together with our grand 360 bar as a centerpiece. This space is more visually stimulating and unique than your classic blank slate ballroom with industrial elements meets cutting edge design. The Gallery space adjacent to the Gucci booths makes for a great dance floor.

WEDDING PLANNER:
It is required to have a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator for each wedding at Hyde House. A day-of coordinator may not be a member of the wedding party and cannot attend the event. They must be available at all times to coordinate items such as: facilitating the wedding timeline, load in and out of contracted vendors, set up and clean up of all personal provided by the client, etc.
