To reserve services on the date(s) and time(s) requested, Memoirs requires the contract be signed by Customer with an initial security deposit of $300. A second payment of fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due at the signing of the agreement. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event unless otherwise noted. Deposits and payments will be made via credit card using our online services. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. We will book your date upon receipt of your Security Deposit. Cancellations In the event the customer needs to cancel the reservation, the customer shall notify Memoirs immediately in writing by email to info@memoirsfl.com with the subject of Cancellation with the customer's name and date of the event. Once canceled, the Customer shall be responsible for the agreed liquidated damages as follows. The parties agree that the liquidated damages are reasonable. A. In the event the Customer cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Memoirs as liquidated damages 50% of the deposit. B. In the event customer cancels the event less than 15 days but not more than 29 days prior to the event, the Customer shall forfeit to Memoirs as liquidated damages 75% of the entire deposit. C. In the event Customer cancels the event less than 14 days but more than 8 days prior to the event, Customer shall forfeit to Memoirs as liquidated damages 100 % of the deposit.
